Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew at the end of each term. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Subscription Fees are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation:

• You will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
• You will retain access to the platform and previously generated reports until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current term expires.
• You may resume your subscription at any time.

2. research Deployment & Payments

Drafting a research is free.Charges apply only when a research is actively deployed to the respondent pool.

Once a research is deployed:

• Respondent compensation costs are immediately incurred.
• Sampling and platform processing begin instantly.

Accordingly:

• All payments made to deploy a research are final.
• Deployed research projects are non-cancellable.
• Payments are non-refundable once deployment begins.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If a deployed research fails to collect responses due to a verified technical failure solely attributable to the Lemma platform, we will investigate the matter. A verified technical failure refers to a platform-side malfunction that materially prevents the collection or delivery of research data due to an error solely attributable to Lemma’s infrastructure. It does not include issues arising from user-provided materials, incorrect targeting selections, respondent behavior, or third-party internet or vendor outages.

If an issue is confirmed, Lemma may, at its reasonable discretion:

• Re-launch the research at no additional cost, or
• Issue account credits.

Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and will be determined after investigation.
